On November 17, 2023, China New Power (Xiamen) Integrated Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of, held a grand commissioning ceremony for its new energy project in Haichen District, Tong’an District, Xiamen. As a pioneer of zero carbon, the project provides a full range of energy steward services for Xiamen citizens, realizes efficient and intelligent energy use, and creates a comprehensive smart energy project of multi-energy cogeneration and multi-energy storage.
The project was jointly founded by China Power Energy Investment (Fujian) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of, and Xiamen Lianbang Technology Co., Ltd., which is responsible for the integration, construction, promotion and operation of integrated smart energy projects. The project is located in Haichen District, Tong’an District, Xiamen City, covering an area of about 25,000 square meters, with a total investment of about 350 million yuan.
The project’s intelligent and efficient cold storage and cooling station is currently one of the domestic cold storage and cooling stations, with a total cooling supply of 88.277MW, equipped with 8 sets of 3000RT and 1 set of 1500RT refrigeration units, and equipped with a set of 15000m3 cold storage water tanks, with an annual energy efficiency ratio (EER) of more than 6.05, more than 30% energy saving compared with traditional air conditioners, and can reduce about 15,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions per year. The project also uses a smart energy management platform to monitor and regulate energy production, transmission, storage, consumption and other links in real time, so as to realize the optimal allocation and dispatch of energy and improve the safety, reliability and economy of energy.
